- Wall tie isolation/removal and replacement
- Grind / repointing of decaying mortar
- Spalled brick replacement
- Lintel replacement
- Insulation extraction and replenishment
- Rendering and pebbledash refinishing
- Structural repairs such as crack stitching and reinforcement bar insertion
- Chimney collapse and rebuild
- Minor roof works / tile replacement
